No smoking on balconies.....?

I think before it was if the ship was docked and refueling. At one point it was only allowed in the smoking rooms.

Nope, went into effect October 2014.

Smoking used to be allowed on the cabin balconies, but the policy was changed and it is no longer allowed.

All rooms and balconies were smoking until the changed the rooms to non smoking, but you could still smoke outside.

 

Then they made the balconies non smoking as well.
