Indonesian Buffet

Sometime back on one of our cruises, I was talking to the hotel manager. On asking about the Indonesian cuisine, he told if I let my dining steward know, the kitchen staff would be happy to make Riistafel for my dinner. I've never done it, but often thought how grand that would be. Maybe on our cruise in November.

Westerdam had congee in the lido every day for breakfast [much to DH's delight!]. It was on the starboard side along with the "express breakfast" which basically offered the components of a full English [minus the chips.

Hmmm.... I wonder if I could get Nasi Goreng with egg in PG for breakfast? They usually only have it at lunch and dinner. In Indonesia is normally a breakfast food served with chicken or shrimp and egg.

IMO a GREAT breakfast with some Sambal Badjak
