argent nc Posted October 11, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2005 Hi everyone, we have an inside stateroom on Explorer and I was wondering if there was a clock in the room or if I should plan to bring one (battery powered). peace, Laura
BuyReallyLow Posted October 11, 2005 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2005 The only clock you will find is the small LED clock on the phone. It is not backlit.
phantom728 Posted October 11, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 11, 2005 We were on Explorer in January and they did not have a clock in the room. I always pack my travel one and was glad that I did. Just a tip if you have an inside room, you might consider packing a small nitelite for being able to see if you get up in the middle of the night. The inside rooms get dark and I found this to be extremely helpful to move around and not kill myself in the dark. Enjoy:)
AntiMatter Posted October 12, 2005 #4 Share Posted October 12, 2005 I just use the ship channel on the TV which shows the "official" ship time.
Casey2 Posted October 12, 2005 #5 Share Posted October 12, 2005 We were on the Radiance last month and there were no clocks in the room. I always bring a battery operaterated travel alarm not only for the time, but to wake up for early shore excursions or that last day when you have to get up early. I have learned from experience that wake up calls do not always come.
