Transfer listed in documents?

Hope someone can tell me if this is normal...my itemized charges on all documents show post-cru ground transfer, which of course means post cruise, which is what we booked.

 

When I go into print general information and purchased services what I see is a little box that shows information for a pre cruise transfer including operator and phone number, date, airport to port on embarkation day. I called and they swear I have post but I really don't want a headache over this and find out I "missed" my transfer and then have to rush to get it arranged post as our flight out is early, which is why I paid for a carnival transfer.

 

So if someone has a transfer or knows if that's how it's shown it would make me feel better, thank you!

If you are uneasy about it, why not just call Carnival and verify it is arranged ?

Like I wrote I did call. In itemized it's listed as post-cru ground transfer and in purchased services it's listed as the picture shows. They are unable to send me anything that specifically says I have an Athens transfer, so I was wondering if this is normal....the first rep said that was just general information bc I was flying in but that doesn't seem right,why wouldn't it show Athens since I'm flying out?
