ckb63 Posted March 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2016 My wife and I are wanting to book a day pass at Secrets Wild Orchid. Has anyone used cruiseexcursioneer.com to do this? How was your experience using that booking agent for this? The reviews point toward this company being less than dependable, but we all know the pitfalls of reviews. Thanks in advance. brandy4598 Posted April 21, 2016 #5 Share Posted April 21, 2016 I don't know about shoreexcursioneer; but you can also book Secrets through Resortsforaday which has fairly good reviews.
Rare happychippy Posted April 29, 2016 #6 Share Posted April 29, 2016 I booked the Secrets Through resortforaday.com and it went perfectly. It was $99 per person for access to both the Secrets Properties all inclusive and transfers included. (They do require a 2 week in advance reservation.) The driver was waiting at the pier with a Resort for a Day sign and it was a short 5 minute ride to the resort. Beautiful resort that was quiet and not busy at all. Loved the pool, swim up bar, and the beach. I could have spent weeks here. The resort staff hospitality was wonderful. The included transfers had us back to the ship with over an hour and a half to shop at the pier and pick up a few gifts.
joellebridgers Posted July 13, 2016 #7 Share Posted July 13, 2016 Hi, have a question.... What cruise line did you arrive on? We are on Carnival, never been to Jamaica, so I don't don't if there are more than one port. I'm asking only because I definitely want to stay at a Secrets resort for a day. I've been to some of their others for long stays, and they are all outstanding! I want to make sure it is within reason to get to from wherever Carnival docks at. Thanks! Sent from my iPad using Forums There are three ports in Jamica. Carnival uses Montego Bay (by Secrets) and Ocho Rios (nowhere near secrets). If going into Ochos Rios you will need to find another all inclusive.

12reca Posted August 28, 2016 #10 Share Posted August 28, 2016 Used shoreexcursioneer in the past (2 times), never had an issue.
Athankfulheart Posted September 3, 2016 #11 Share Posted September 3, 2016 Shore Excursioneer handles bookings at many port destinations. We have used them several times with good results. We have even had to cancel 2 of them and they have a very generous policy on that.
