A member of our group may not be able to join us on our upcoming cruise due to an ailing family member. There is only one other person booked in that cabin.

 

In the event he is not able to make the trip and is listed as a no show, would the other person in the cabin be able to purchase Cheers for one the following day (sailing out of Galveston)?
