Anyone use this tour in St. Thomas? It is highly rated on Tr__ Ad______.

We just want to sight see as we would shop in St. Martin. Are they punctual and do they serve rum drinks? How did you pay? Pay in full upfront with credit card or do you pay when you get there? Thanks for your help!
