Hello!

Can anyone recommend a tour company for a catamaran to Nevis? It seems there are a few options out there, and would like to hear about your experiences with any of the tour companies.

Any and all recommendations appreciated!

There are only two operators of the large sailing catamarans that offer sailing/snorkeling trips between St Kitts & Nevis. Blue Water Safaris & Leeward Island Charters. They are competitive in price & service. They both have agreements/contracts with most of the cruise lines that call on St Kitts. You will probably not be able these cruises independently if you are on a cruise ship.

We did the half day tour. We stopped to snorkel for awhile & then went to Nevis.

Drinks were unlimited (the rum punch was yummy! :)) but there was no food provided on the half day charter. We bought lunch at Nevis.

Thanks for the pictures and information. While technically the Moko Jumbie is a catamaran because it has twin hulls, but it's a power boat. In my book a catamaran has sails with perhaps some auxiliary power. Does Blue Water, or any of the providers on St Kitts, use true sailing catamarans?

Blue Water & Leeward Island both have large SAILING catamarans.

Thanks. I'm assuming that those were in use by the cruise lines on the day Cool Breeze went to Nevis. But good to know there are options if getting to Nevis is the goal.
