Murphey Posted March 30, 2016 Author #26 Share Posted March 30, 2016 (edited) Or to pay for the greens fees on Hawaii. It's been about 10 years since I last paid there but I think in still paying that charge off on my credit card. lol Question: I haven't flown with my clubs since they started charging for bags. Do airlines just consider it an extra bag or is it even more expensive to bag clubs with you? We have local ID, so it is actually cheaper for us to play golf in Hawaii than at home (Oregon). We pay on average $30 - $45 per round with cart depending on the course. Don't cry..... ;) It's just another piece of luggage...you get 50lbs. My husband and I actually get both our sets into one bag and leave an empty bag in our condo. Works great.....1 piece of luggage. The Plantation is one of my favorites of all time. Super challenging on a low wind day. But I'm happy for you. Those rates are amazing! Thanks for the tip.
