Carnival Hub app and digital photos

Doesn't sound like a familiar option. When the Hub app is working properly it will show you the daily activities schedule, ship maps and information and also your stateroom charges. The chat feature is $5 extra per account.

We are sailing on 6/4, and taking my daughters friend with us. Using this app, and chat feature...can she "text" with her parents back home, or is only for use on ship?

Only people on the ship that also pay the $5. She will have to purchase the Social Media plan to keep in touch with others on land.

No, the OP is right -- I just read the same thing this morning too:

>snip<

- Digital previews of all the photos taken on ship are now available in the Carnival Hub app. We were told this that we were the first ones to get this on the Jan 24th cruise."
