Galveston port/pier transfer

Hi guys! I always get the transfer from airport to pier and back to the airport. How long was the transfer to Galveston (from Houston airport) and back to the airport at the end? I'm not worried about getting to pier on first day because my flight gets in early. My flight home on the last day leaves at 1pm.

Are you flying into Hobby or Bush?

 

Hobby is about 30 minutes from the p0ort. Bush is about 1 hr 15 min.

 

You might consider using a transfer company like Galveston limo so you do not have to sit on a bus waiting for it to fill up on the way back to the airport

We've only used RCL transfers from HOU but we liked the service. Arrived at the airport about 10am and the bus filled quickly. Got an early departure number from the ship. Got a porter in the terminal. Were outside quickly and the bus left quickly. Got us to the airport so early that we could not check in. IAH does allow the the Space Center Houston excursion on the way to IAH.

If you book the transfer and your flight gets into HOU around 9 AM, do you have to wait until 12:30 to go to Galveston or is it just as soon as the bus that's there fills up? My time on the transfer says 12:30.
