Canapy Adventure in Jamaica?!?!?

I would like to hear from anyone who has taken the canapy adventure in Jamaica. What exactly is it and did you enjoy the trip?

 

Also how physically fit do you have to be to take this trip??

I found the info I was looking for on this excursion but would still like to hear from someone who has taken it personally..

We went in June and had a blast! If you search the Jamaica board for "canopy tour" you should be able to find many reviews, including mine.

 

As far as your daughter, the minimum age to take the tour is 10 years old, according to Carnival's website. If she's going to be 10 by the time you cruise, go for it.
