Search "Chef's Table" in this forum and you'll find it listed many places. The one you want gives an email to reservations. They'll respond within 48 hours that they received your request and then a week or two later that you're in or out.

Reserve ahead of time. Don't take a chance on waiting to book when you board, as they may be all filled up. I write to eventplanning@carnival.com about 6 weeks before sailing. Give them your booking number, cabin number, and the names of those who will be attending, and they'll forward the info to the steakhouse manager (or the maitre'd, if there is no steakhouse aboard). It takes a week or two to get a response.

I Made reservations for my daughter and hubby who are on the Conquest this week. She emailed me the next morning and said it was the best thing they had ever done on a cruise. Makes me happy.

I'm a restaurant owner and it's excellent. Be prepared for a long filling night. My one suggestion is do not try and eat everything. by the time we got to the 2 main courses, duck and short ribs, we were stuffed. We drank at least a bottle of wine each. They freely poured all night.
