I was hoping to do a river tubing tour with him in Ocho Rios but he said he only had 8:45am available. Our boat docks at 8am, am I pushing it to get to the tour on time?

We docked at 7 and we were scheduled to meet him at 7:30. It wasn't a problem. If you have a tour booked with him, he will be waiting for you. You just need to be in line ready to get off the ship when it is cleared for you to leave. He will be in the parking area as you leave the terminal. If you ask one of the employees at the terminal, they will call the front gate and let the guards know you are waiting and he will get to come in and pick you up. You will love the day with Phi.
