How Many Laundry Specials on a 14-Day Cruise?

I'm packing for a 14-day TA and am planning on two of the laundry specials - the "as much as you can fit in the bag" specials. Is that right for a 14-day cruise? They wouldn't just have one, would they?

 

Also, is there a pattern to which day(s) they pick - 5th, 10th, etc - or is it more random?
