pmcantrll Posted April 21, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 21, 2016 How long does it take you to get on the carnival valor in port canaveral? Would you buy the fttf for this port?
jkneern Posted April 22, 2016 #2 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Get there early and get an early boarding number. Usually boarding starts between 11:30-noon. We are platinum so we board first, then FTTF and the general boarding by number. It goes quickly, not sure I would purchase it. If you are arriving later then boarding is almost walk right on. NikkiJ1983 Posted April 22, 2016 #7 Share Posted April 22, 2016 It really depends on which port you are departing from. In MIA you pick a time and have to show up during that time (if you don't have FTTF or other special earned perks). You pick a time during online registration. Those times are strictly enforced now. travel33 Posted April 22, 2016 #9 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Port Canaveral doesn't have the boarding by time yet. We're going on the Magic in June, and it says to arrive between 12:30-3:00, and that's for everyone (not sure about suites and platinum etc)

nol4am Posted April 22, 2016 #11 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Port canaveral is my favorite port so far. We will be there on magic in June. It does move fast but if I wanted in quick then arrive at port by 9:30.
skrufy Posted April 22, 2016 #12 Share Posted April 22, 2016 When you arrive at the terminal and check in you are given a boarding zone number. Lets say you arrive at 10:30am and are first in line you will get zone #1 boarding. Then you wait until your number is called to board. If you are further back in line you might get zone 3 and so on. A few years ago we arrived at Tampa around noon and were issued #18.
RuthlessBoss Posted April 22, 2016 #13 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Ok do u know if they have faster to the fun The port has nothing to do with fttf, it's the ship and it's not available randomly to buy.

pmcantrll Posted April 24, 2016 Author #16 Share Posted April 24, 2016 Ok do you know if they are still offering the fttf. I don't see any Excursion for my cruise
Drazil65 Posted April 24, 2016 #17 Share Posted April 24, 2016 They only release a certain number at a time, you need to look several times a day until you get one (its one per cabin). It's the luck of the draw but I have been able to get them for all of our cruises since they came out with them, my best luck has been between 5:00 and 6:30 am when I did get them. Keep at it and they go VERY fast once they are spotted so be quick! Good Luck!
