Fitness Goals While Cruising

Recommended Posts

- Walk as much as possible

- Gym every other day just like at home

- Choose active excursions

- Vow to eat a healthy breakfast and lunch so I can choose whatever I feel like eating for dinner

- Drink water like it's my job

- Avoid alcohol - I will have a glass or 2 of wine at dinner, and maybe a mojito around the pool a couple of days

I'm back! Booked two cruises; still a way's away, but checking out the CC boards to tide me over for the next 6 months. So gad to see my thread isn't quite dead. I just read some real good advice. Thanks everyone. BTW I took everyone's advice on my last cruise and managed to return to work recharged. Allowed myself some indulgences and kept on moving - walk,snorkel,swim, mini-golf, ping-pong, repeat!
