We usually rent a driver for the day from either Bodden or Rony Tours. There are others as well. For 4 people. it was $90 for the day. We always go to West Bay Beach and Wset End Village... and stop at the rum place.

 

For each way taxi fares, it depends on what port on Roatan. Coxen Hole is a little cheaper than from Mahogany Bay. Expect $15-20 each way.

 

Another option is to have Bananarama pick you up and it is roundtrip transportation if you only want to so West Bay Beach. $30 pp and it includes a chair and drink. http://bananarama.com/activities/cruiseship-packages/
