As for the item - it is a tea cloth, or otherwise known as tea towel, used to dry dishes :D

 

I believe the US term is dish towel :)

Thank you so much! I've tried looking them up on google but wasn't quite sure what it meant by a "tea cloth" since I don't drink tea. Lol. It looks too pretty to dry dishes with though! Lol. Thanks again for your help on solving this mystery!
