Carnival excursion- Pedro St. James, Hell and Beach Escape

My husband and I are looking at Grand Cayman excursions offered by Carnival. We are leaning towards the Pedro St. James, Hell and Beach Escape. I have read some reviews on Carnival's website, but wanted to get some opinions from this board.
