anyone stay here pre or post cruise? If so what was your opinion on accomodations. Any info greatly appreciated.

we will be there 4/8/06. read good reviews and just felt the price was right.....really only need a comfortable bed and roof over head! hope my choice was a good one.

Well, after reading about another great place to stay, we have changed to El Canario by the Sea. Nothing against the Comfort Inn, we just wanted something with a little more island flavor.

Hi all

 

I stayed there in April pre-cruise (got in around 10:30 p.m. and left around 10 a.m.). Clean and seemed safe. They had a small breakfast (included in price) in a room near the pool too. Staff was pleasant and helpful (got me a taxi to the pier in the a.m.) I had a room on the courtyard by the pool (OK for overnight...not to stay since too much noise during the day).

Can't remember the exact price.....maybe $10????

 

I think I remember the price for the hotel.....around $75 ($82.61 with all taxes/fees....just checked my credit card bill). I know I'd stay there again for a quick overnight pre-cruise.
