Question about new internet plans!

Does anyone know if the highest internet plan will allow you to play short videos from youtube? I see it does Skye calling, is this an option like for those with small kids who like to watch the little cartoon kids vids? If the ship matters we will be on the Sunshine....Thanks in advance for any info! :D:D:D

I didn't try YouTube when I was on Splendor and needed the full internet, but it did let me connect to an online class and do Facebook live video.
