When I had a Guarantee cabin, both inside and balcony, it showed up on My NCL as GTY. As soon as I upgraded and actually had a cabin #, any information on stateroom disappeared. It does show up on my edocs though! I have found LOTS of glitches with the website lately, although nothing compared to the awful website Celebrity has!
