Tours from Naples Port

We will be at Naples Port in August. We plan to take a tour with AP Tours, which has excellent reviews. I am trying to decide which tour to take. It is between: Pompeii (2 hour guided tour) and the Amalfi Coast which includes stops in Ravello and Positano.

The other choice is Pompeii (2 hour guided tour) and Positano and Sorrento.

Any suggestions as to the differences in the 2 itineraries which I am sure are both spectacular.
