First time in Belize

Hi all,

My friend and I will be cruising to Belize for the first time in February 2006 aboard the Grand Princess. I have heard that the snorkeling is amazing in Belize, but I am wondering since we are only there a short time if it will work out for us(6:30am - 1pm). I have back issues(surgery) and I don't want to do anything that will hurt my back. We will be snorkeling in Grand Cayman also and probably with the Rays.

Any thoughts from anyone?

Thanks,

Justine

We have snorkeled in both ports and we liked the snorkeling in GC better. Maybe you can find a cave tubing tour in Belize? That is the only port where that excursion is offered.

Have a great time planning for the cruise!

I did the snorkeling with sharks and rays in Belize and it was amazing. I thought belize had better snorkeling than Grand Cayman. There were tons of fish in Belize. I am going back to Belize next month and I am planning on going snorkeling again.
