Hope Thomson have a better system on the Discovery for transferring passengers to their hotel for their stay in Majorca. The System on the Dream last June was complete chaos. , passengers being given a time to leave the ship when their coaches had not turned up, large numbers of people milling about, no clear information where to go, even staff unsure of system. It made the transfer system very stressful, and a disappointing end to a good cruise.With the Discovery being a larger vessel with lots more guests will we be getting the same chaotic system, time well tell.
