Internet Package To Send Videos?

I am planning to purchase the $25 a week ($5 a day) internet package to keep up with my kids at home. The youngest is 7 and struggles with reading.

 

If I do a video on my phone and upload it on the Facebook app (something I do all the time on my wifi at home), will the ship let me do that? Or it is limited to non-photo/non-video uploads?
