beverage package promotion

I booked the jewel of the seas in August with a travel agent.i got the beverage package for free.it was a promotion from royal Caribbean.i don't see it on my reservation.is anyone having the same problem

Make sure your invoice from the TA has it listed. I always take proof with me onboard if there is OBC or a promo.

 

Not sure how that works as far a showing up online unless it shows up with the cruise docs.

I booked through a TA for my Rhapsody cruise this past May. I was concerned because the Beverage package did not show up on my RC reservation for the 2 cabins i booked. I also had OBC from RC that did show. My TA called RC & was told that Yes, it is on my reservation. TA called again a week before we left for cruise, & yes it was on our reservation. I printed everything out & brought TA info as well as cruise docs! Everything was just fine upon boarding in Venice!:) I would just have your TA call RC & confirm that it's on your reservation & bring TA information! I'm the type that likes to have everything in writing! Enjoy your cruise!
