Its All Your Fault!!!

So I was very happy planning our October 2006 Millennium cruise, lurking on rollcalls, asking questions on the Europe board, e-mailing driverinrome and then it happened!!! Someone here mentioned bridgecam!!!

Now I'm addicted!! I can check on the progress of "our" cruise everyday!!

 

Then I discovered the archives!!! I can check what the Milli has been doing every five minutes for the past 75 days!!! I can see 75 sunrises and 75 sunsets!!! Somebody tell me how to stop the madness!!!

 

And to make things worse you have that secrets thread on top so a Celeb newbie has no rest from the dreaming and planning.

 

With all the changes that seem to be happening over at HAL, I may have found a new cruise home, just include a warning label before you post anything else really great!!!

You need to know that according to Celebrity, the best things in life are at sea. And according to Celebrity cruisers, those things are on Celebrity ships. From the moment you board and are handed your "welcome aboard" glass of champagne and are escorted to your cabin, prepare to be pampered!

I also discovered the Archives section just recently and I have been on these boards for 3 years (two as a member) There is all sorts of information on that board so hopefully other members will discover it.

You can change it to every minute as well if you want so you miss nothing. Wait until you discover you can wave at the camera in the Internet Cafe so your friends back home can see you and then you can have a look and laugh at it on the archives when you get back. You can hold up a sign too if you want. Of course I have never done something like that;)

I was thinking about doing that sign thing. Do you think Celebrity would get mad. I can just imagine people watching me wondering why I am holding up a sign facing the ceiling. How long do you think you would have to hold it up for the camera to pick it up. I am guessing 1-5 minutes.

I'll be making the writing on the sign a bit bigger this year.;)

 

Eric, my experience on Galaxy last year was very positive. The staff in the computer room even logged onto the Celebrity at Sea website to make sure I was on there and showed me the result. I suppose I was "posing":o for about 10 minutes and there were a few frames recorded, so yes 5 minutes or so should be enough time. So if you don't mind looking a bit of a Charlie to those who don't know the camera is there I say go for it!
