Could it be scrubber construction on the deck above, just aft of the solarium?

Someone recently on Enchantment mentioned on a facebook group page that there was construction going on. I am just wondering if its true, or if it was just some routine maintenance.

I just finished a trip on Enchantment yesterday. There was no construction anywhere that I noticed - definitely none in the solarium.

 

They are doing maintenance - rust removal and painting around the railings around the pool areas when in port in Miami each time but that is only before embarkation.
