Reviews of the room service $ items

Hi to all,

 

I went back to some posts when the menu changed to add on items for a fee, but didn't see responses from people who have tried them. Was wondering what are peoples favorites. Is the cheese plate the same you would receive in the MDR for dessert? Thanks in advance!

The Garlic Parmesan chicken wings I had myself and were yummy. My cruise mates had the Honey BBQ and they said they were even better.

Only pay item I've tried was the spicy firecracker shrimp. The shrimp themselves were a bit on the small side, but there were a lot of them (10-12). Not as spicy as they could be. but still good.

Hubby and I have tried the fries,regular and sweet potato. Both were good. Wings were also good per hubs, there were 8 in the order. He can't remember what flavor he ordered. I had the chicken tenders. Nice crunch with the panko bread crumbs. Pizza was just so so. I enjoyed it more than the pizza place and would order it again if I were in the mood for pizza. All on the Splendor. I have also had the fries on the Freedom. They were equally good.
