What time do they start boarding at Port Canaveral? We do not have FTTF but are past guests (does that even make a difference?) we will have young kids with us so we want to make boarding as painless as possible. Also, what time will rooms be ready? Thanks!

Boarding is never an exact time. They board wedding parties first then diamond, platinum and faster to the fun. Then they start with zone numbers to board. You are looking at closer to 12 and must carry everything around until the cabins open up at 1pm. Do yourself a favor, get there at 1:30 when you will breeze thru check in and boarding and be able to go dump your stuff in your room.

There is limited space for a kid to be a kid. If you do go early, let them wear their swimsuits under their clothes and head straight to the pool. This will be the least crowded time in any of the pools.

Have a safe and happy cruise.
