They are asking "if possible" do self assist debark

 

Not sure how it effects those of you getting on. Maybe they've sent an email? Regardless I'd plan on moving your own luggage more than usual.

 

Fortunately, that's what we've planned to do all along.

Does anyone know how Vista fared today? It was supposed to have been there today so anyone who know what happened, I would love to know as I'm sure many others who have this port would also like to know.

It does not arrive until today, the 21st.

We got off Vista today about 7:30 am local time. We did the self assist and many others did too. We did see luggage lined up by zone in the terminal. It looked like there were some porter types outside the terminal to take luggage to cars.

We are on now, Athens 6/21 sailing....

There seemed to be no strike when we arrived at the port on Tuesday.

When our taxi pulled up, about 11:30am, there were baggage porters standing waiting to offload our bags from the taxi.

Tons of them it seemed as most passengers had preparred as we did to take our own on with them. We had 2 porters try to get our 4, but we carried them on ourselves.

And straight to our room, that was ready as soon as we boarded.

 

(It took longer at the chaotic passport check line than anything else.)
