Oceana cabin upgrade

We've booked a select fare on oceana in cabin A332 (cabins above and below) with the option for an upgrade, I received an email this morning to say we had been given an upgrade, after initial excitement at this, I've checked the deck plan and we have been allocated C538 which is 2 decks down and directly above an area labelled "winners"..I'm now concerned that this is going to be subject to noise at night.. If so, it's a lesson learnt not to select "allow upgrades"! Can anyone let me know what "winners" Is please. Thankyou

Winners is a sports bar

 

I haven't cruised this ship but I have been above and below casino, nightclubs and theatres on other ships and I have never had any noise issues

Hi

Yes Winners is a bar, not too rowdy and has usually a duo singing.....

But.......if you look at a photo of the side of Oceana and the deck plan, your cabin and balcony will actually be over the life boats and gearing.....they are on the outside wall of Winners. So my thoughts are that you will not be bothered by any noise from the bar, as that is not directly underneath you.
