snorkly Posted October 24, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 24, 2005 Has anyone been on a hike to the Seven Sisters Waterfall? My 60 year old mom wants to do the hike, but is afraid it may be too hard for her. She walks everyday for exercise, and she's also done a short hike in St. Lucia to a waterfall--and she made out just fine. Does anyone know the difficulty level of this particular hike? Thanks! The walk to the bottom section of Seven Sisters takes about 45 minutes. It is quite steep in places and if it is wet can be a little slippery but they due provide you with a stick at the start to help you with your balance. It really does depend on your moms agility although at 60 she is not that old surely especially as you say she walks everyday for exercise.
