nurseshortie Posted July 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2016 Good evening folks I have been reading some reviews on Indy that we are going on for the first time next year with our 6 years old.. I was wondering how true the reviews were when they said that you basically have to que for everything from a lift to a toilet to a seat for a meal.. Please advise thanks lesley Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare John Bull Posted July 4, 2016 #2 Share Posted July 4, 2016 There are times ......... Sometimes in the buffet. Sometimes in the main dining room if you're on anytime dining. Sometimes for toilets or lifts (elevators) in the vicinity of the theatre when a show has just finished. But no, you're getting the wrong impression. Rule of thumb with reviews.............. - if there are only a few reviews of anything, ignore them - too few to be representative. - there'll be plenty of reviews for Indy. Ignore one-off comments, both bad and good. Concentrate on the middle 70 to 80 percent for general opinions, do take notice of frequently-posted complaints. Just MHO as always JB :)
cb at sea Posted July 4, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 4, 2016 Stop reading reviews! At popular meal times, there will be lines....go early or later....no problem! Same with when a show lets out...it will be crowded in that area for a few minutes! You're on vacation...have a bit of patience! Vacationing means not rushing from here to there! Yes...the restrooms outside of the theater or dining room will be busy...so walk a bit, and go to another one! There are "work arounds" for anything! Just don't do what everyone else is doing when they're doing it...and you'll be gold! It's no different than a resort hotel with shows and restaurants!
