Jewel - iConcierge

Since the advent of iConcierge, I have sailed the newer ships. NCL says iConcierge is available on the Jewel, just curious how good or bad it is on a retrofitted ship? On the Epic, it was spotty at times although way way better than not having it. So curious about the Jewel. Any recent cruisers that can chime in? Thanks!

We just got back from the Jewel (July 2-9) and we made good use of the Texting/Calling features of the App. (We had a group of 16 of our extended family and I would say at least 7 of us signed up for the iConcierge, and used it multiple times a day to check in, find each other, and make plans, etc -did not run into any problems.)

We used on-board Wifi too, it was slow at times but generally pretty decent.
