masim17 Posted July 10, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2016 We are taking a private tour with Joyce in Oct. and am looking for suggestions of things to do. Going with 2 real "foodies" and my granddaughter who is 4. They really want to experience the food culture, markets etc. We are thinking of the buttefly farm for my GD, and Joyce has said that we will go to her house for a home cooked meal, which we are all thrilled about. Any other ideas of things to do? Not interested in Maho, or the beaches. Thanks

Thanks See if you can arrange a wine and cheese tasting at Baccus - in Hope Estates - awesome - awesome - awesome place - We are beach people so I've never eaten there (takes too much time away from the sand) BUT we always make a stop or two there when on the island -
Supercrossfox21 Posted July 16, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 16, 2016 We rented a taxi for the day a few years ago and did the butterfly farms and beaches. But also did the zoo. Nothing like our zoos in the states but really cute. Our 4 yr old loved it and its fairly close to the port and you could go on your way back. I think we spent may 30-45 minutes there. It was also really cheap to get into.
