SteadyBetty Posted July 11, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2016 Hi, Has anyone encountered this "oops" message when attempting to sign in to your account? The message line says, "oops, looks like royalcaribbean.com is on vacation . . please call . . . . etc". Thing is, I have been receiving this message for the past 4 days. Is this my browser issue or an RCCL issue? Thanks!

The work around that I use is to to through the "check-in" link and then from there, once you've logged in, you can go to your reservations and go into cruise planner. Hope that helps. wsyrob Posted July 12, 2016 #5 Share Posted July 12, 2016 My sister in law was having this problem when I was at her house. She assumed the site was down. When I accessed it on my laptop I knew that wasn't the case. I deleted her browser history, cache and cookies. That worked. Easiest thing to try is another browser.
