Question re muster station

Am I right in thinking you have to register with P&O when you book if any of your party require assistance? Does this mean if you need to have mobility aids - or can it be if you are just elderly and/or frail?

This page says you should register if you need assistance

But this page makes no mention of it.

I would suggest if someone was likely to need assistance to register, but if they didn't, it is not a problem as staff will help out anyway.

You have to go to the designated muster station, mind you in an emergency I can't see how anything other than chaos would ensue. As long as you know where the muster station is, all the info is on the TV in your cabin. My experience of musters is fairly useless.
