No more brochures

Recommended Posts

This is not a very good idea..........especially as they can't even work out how to put their ex UK cruises on the website!

Besides which, you can't take the computer in the bath with you. This is where I do most of my planning.:)

I don't understand why the ex UK cruises can't be online to look at. They used to have them. For a big company, they should be able to do much better with the IT part for bookings and exploring ships, and cabins online. Short video clips to show Ports and excursions. Get people to buy into the dream holiday.

They could reduce paper wastage by producing fewer editions, asking people to return brochures to shop, or improving content to reduce pages.

Online is only of use if you know what you want - a brochure gives you ideas as you flick through the pages, you can hold one page and go to another, try doing that on a website, a brochure for me any time.
