Room Service Menu

On my recent cruise on Harmony I noticed a substantial reduction on the room service menu options. On previous cruises I recall fruits, strawberries with chocolate, soups, bakery, among others; all that is gone. Now you can only find a couple of sandwiches and the kid's menu (hamburger, fries, pizza). Is this happening fleet wide? Can I still ask something even if it's not in the menu? That was a big disappointment from Harmony and RCI as a whole.

I noticed this also on our cruise in May 2015. We have a cruise coming up in October, so I'm curious as to others' responses.

From what I've read, the other lines have cut back on room service options as well and/or have added charges for certain items.
