Cost of transfer from London to Southampton?

We're going to be spending a few days in London before going to Southampton to start Princess cruise next July. I've gotten some quotes from companies in London for the transfer to Southampton but would like to know what Princess charges. Since we'll be going to Southampton the day of the cruise, I'm not sure I want to take a chance on another company and missing the ship! Does anyone remember what Princess charged? Also if you know the cost from Southampton back to Heathrow, that would be great, too. Thanks.
