Cabin 1401/1402 on Sunshine

I suppose I am too lazy to go through all the pages on the 1A thread.

 

Thinking of booking 1401 or 1402 on the Sunshine. I know it has portholes. It says it has upper/lower bunks. How hard is the ladder to get up and down from the upper bunk? Also, is there a chair to sit on the put shoes on rather than sit on the lower bed?
