Split to Trogir..

We will be in Split on a Saturday 9/3 from 8am to 6pm. I am interested in going to Trogir. Has anyone ever done this on their own?? Looks like there is bus service plus a Bura line ferry. Thanks! Tim

We also docked in Split for about 8 hrs.and a small group(we were on SeaDream) DID try to do this. The bus going there and back was late,and they had little time to enjoy to get bus back(then barely made it).

Sure it would be fine, if all goes well, but ship leaves even if you re not on it.

Must decide what you can feel comfortable with.

 

We did enjoy Split on own, saw castle grounds, had nice lunch.Many art and craft areas to shop.Good luck, beautiful area of the world.But, sadly, getting well known now and very crowded.
