Summit Outdoor Dining?

We’ve been on the Summit twice and have never attempted to take our food from the buffet to the bar at the back of the deck. Is that allowed?

We were sort of spoiled by our later cruise on the Jewel OTS, where we always ate outdoors at the rear of the buffet area. I believe it has since been removed.

Just got back from the Summit last weekend. Agree with the responses here. Simply pick up your food and go eat where you wish to. Easy as that. Nobody gives you the evil eye. :) My DD who tended to eat at odd times would go get a plate of sushi or afternoon tea goodies and bring it to her cabin to eat. In fact, they were actually quite nice in the MDR too. There were a few nights some young ones in our group were not feeling so well and our waiters placed a cover over the main entrée or dessert plate and we were able to bring the plates to the cabin for later consumption.
