Help with RCI online check in!!

I am trying to check in online..it says everything is complete but it say

 

Your SetSail Pass is no longer valid. Please reprint your SetSail Pass.

 

???? What does that mean?? Also does anyone know what I have to do if my maiden name is on my passport???

Just reprint the doc. The website is programmed to sent out that message if you click on the save button in any of three steps.

My TA told me I had to get a copy of my marriage certificate, which I did. They never asked for it and everyone else I talked to said they were never asked. I would get it anyway, better safe than sorry.

I just booked last week for this Friday. I just called RCI and they said it is too late to fill those out online. I was never told that. We just have to fill them out at the pier. Is that a huge pain in the butt?? DO they let you fill them out before boarding time???

It doesn't matter whether you reserved your cruise online or through a travel agent. To complete your Online Check-In process, you'll need the reservation number, identification documents and emergency contact information for each guest you want to check in. The process must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the sailing (48 hours for international sailings).

Did you even try to fill them out online, just in case? That's what I'd do. If not there's always time to do it at the pier...people book last minute all the time. ; )
