forgot what i read here

just looked and my cruise has gone down by $50 a person-- but i forgot what ya'll said to do. i am going to call my TA tomorrow. we still owe a little bit of money on our cruise. can i call rccl myself and request an upgrade? i would rather have the upgrade than the refund or credit, i think. didn't think it would really happen and now i am not sure what to do!

TA should be able to take care of all of that for you. RCI won't work with you if you have a TA. Standard procedure for all cruise lines.
