Visa Question- redirecting and skipping ports

I have a group cruise scheduled with many individuals who are not US citizens. What happens if your cruise is re-directed to another port? Are you required to have a Visa for that port?

 

Are you required to have a Visa to enter all of the ports on your itinerary? When exiting and entering at port, I've only had to show my S&S card.

The question you are asking is a very complicated one that depends on many factors, such as what is their citizenship, ESTA eligibility, etc. Here is what Carnival says:
