Breakaway 8/21 Sailing - TS Fiona Heading Towards Bermuda

Hope this does not change the destination......

Fiona is not a threat to either the Lesser Antilles or the U.S., at this time.

 

It's not entirely out of the question Fiona, or what's left of it after the hostile environment, could end up somewhere near Bermuda around the middle of next week.

Latest guidance has indicated it'll start turning to the N well before Bermuda; but still need to keep an eye on her.

Here is the latest model guidance supporting the shift in the NHC forecast track to a turn to the N before getting to Bermuda's longitude. Hopefully it continues along that path!

Hopefully. But I can see a diversion up to the North or stay along the east coast with a visit to Florida/Bahamas instead.
